Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building upkeep preferred.
• Practical experience with repairs, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs including painting and surface touch-ups.
• Support grounds maintenance including cleanup and landscaping.
• Assist with inspection and upkeep of buildings and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment and appliances.
• Complete basic preventative maintenance tasks and checklists.
