Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and use ladders up to 30 ft.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the Company’s insurance policy.

• Perform inspections and repairs to property interior and exterior.

• Supervise and direct contractors for maintenance tasks.
