Job summary

Desert Highlands Golf Club/Association in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Team. The role focuses on maintaining buildings and property, performing repairs and routine maintenance to keep the private residential golf community in top condition.

Experience or education in HVAC/R is a plus, with on-call availability 24/7 for emergencies, and a varied schedule. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid vacation and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of related experience preferred.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Arizona Driver's License required.
• Reliable and predictable attendance.
• Position may require on-call schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of repair and maintenance; promptly handles maintenance problems within department areas of responsibility.
• Ensure premises and equipment are well maintained, clean and safe.
• Be available on call 24/7 to respond to emergencies pertaining to the physical plant.
