Job summary

DrVita is seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facility, warehouse, laboratories, and office operations in Las Vegas, Nevada.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems, support boiler operation, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime. This role requires independent problem-solving and a practical, ownership-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility, industrial, manufacturing, or building maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Boiler experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders or elevated platforms when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, and building systems
• Support boiler operation and maintenance
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility issues
• Coordinate repairs to minimize operational downtime
• Perform general facility repairs and improvements
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance activities
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders
• Track parts and maintenance supply inventory
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and facility performance
• Coordinate service providers, contractors, and repair vendors
• Support facility inspections and service visits
• Assist with facility improvement and expansion projects
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Support OSHA, safety, and cGMP requirements
• Ensure maintenance activities are properly documented
• Assist with audit readiness and facility compliance efforts
