Job summary

Aramark in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support facility operations in a secure correctional environment. You’ll perform day-to-day maintenance and basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, and general building systems using a CMMS work order system.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with rotating on-call about every 9 weeks. Ideal for someone with trade experience who is reliable, safety-focused and comfortable in structured environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance, facilities, construction or skilled trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Follow basic safety procedures due to physical risks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call (1 week every 9 weeks)
• Ability to work in a correctional facility environment and follow security guidelines
• Physically able to lift, bend, climb, and perform hands-on maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Repairs various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
• Inspects assigned area and performs maintenance to keep facility functional and serviceable.
• Completes daily/weekly/monthly checklists of building and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Reports major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate.
• Demonstrates safe use of equipment and tools.
• Adheres to safety policies and training commitments.
