This hands-on role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting issues and maintaining safe workspaces.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
• Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and problem solve numerous varieties of facilities issues.
• Previous experience with hand and power tools required.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to perform math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and support emergency repairs across departments.
• Maintain clean, safe, and stocked workspaces.
• Operate hand and power tools, lifts, and floor scrubbers safely.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with special projects.
