PADNOS is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician (Level I) to help keep our facilities running smoothly. You will perform routine maintenance, inspect equipment, and address issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Responsibilities include servicing doors, walls, drains, HVAC components, and water/air lines, while following safety protocols and updating CMMS records. A strong attention to detail and reliability are essential in this cross-functional role.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• 1–2 years of basic carpentry experience.
• Experience using precision tools (calipers, multimeters, infrared thermometer, gas detector).
• Valid driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Performs basic maintenance tasks and inspects, cleans, and lubricates equipment and assets.
• Repairs, modifies, builds and maintains facility equipment and fixtures such as doors, windows, walls, drains, and racking.
• Installs and repairs water lines and air lines.
• Unclogs and installs drains; conducts routine site inspections across PADNOS locations.
• Maintains oil/filters for air compressors and HVAC units.
• Supports Level II Technicians and handles work orders; follows safety protocols and CMMS records.
