Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. (CPL) in Guam is seeking a maintenance staff member to perform routine building and facility upkeep under limited supervision. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and TI projects across ITC premises.

You will work with a team to perform buildouts, perform monthly meter readings, and respond to maintenance requests. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred; CPL offers competitive benefits and a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC systems maintenance, including turning chillers on/off and troubleshooting AHU pumps.
• Assist with electrical systems maintenance, including troubleshooting, breakers, outlets and lighting.
• Perform plumbing maintenance: install/repair faucets and piping, drainage, and respond to toilet/urinal issues.
• Assist with waste disposal and housekeeping of containers and trash.
• Take monthly meter readings for tenant utility charges.
• Assist ITC Tenant Improvement (TI) including buildout renovation and fixture modifications.
• Support ITC premises projects such as flooring, countertops, walls, and carpentry.
