Qualifications

• Valid New York State driver's license if using WCM vehicle.
• Must maintain FDNY certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides maintenance services on infrastructure and architectural systems.
• Installs and repairs HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Conducts routine inspections of utility systems.
