Job summary

OIC Services LLC is seeking a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to service Grove City Premium Outlets. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems, perform preventive maintenance, and handle minor interior/exterior repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical training preferred.
• 2–3 years facility/building maintenance experience across carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing.
• Ability to read documents, plans, schematics and communicate clearly with management and tenants.
• Ability to diagnose problems and carry out instructions with general supervision.
• Experience with painting, drywall, lighting, plumbing and basic repairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on interior/exterior areas including painting, drywall, lighting and plumbing.
• Operate equipment for preventive maintenance and keep logs and records.
• Support other departments for events setup and cart placement/repairs.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and maintain inventory and MSDS files.
