Qualifications

• 1-3 years of facilities or commercial construction experience.
• Knowledgeable use of tools of the trade required.
• Meet all legal requirements to be able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor building automation system.
• Perform carpentry and painting in and around the facility.
• Provide courteous, high-quality service responses to requests.
• Respond to emergency situations and participate in the on-call rotation.
