Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of our facility in Miami. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to handle repairs and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities include servicing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, maintaining records, and following safety guidelines. A valid driver's license is a plus for the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
