Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Associate to oversee the upkeep of our club facilities in Kansas City. You will perform preventive and routine maintenance on buildings and equipment, respond to requests, and identify unsafe conditions to keep operations running smoothly.

Daily duties include inspecting properties, coordinating with the Facilities Manager, and applying knowledge of general trades and mechanical maintenance. This is an on-site full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience
• Knowledge of general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties daily to ensure building operations meet standards.
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis.
• Identify unsafe and hazardous conditions and respond.
• Other duties as required.
