Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and groundskeeping, along with routine inspections and adherence to safety protocols. A High School Diploma and at least one year of maintenance experience in a hospital or business setting

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma (minimum).
• Experience: At least 1 year of general maintenance in a hospital or business setting.
• License: None required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, including structural repairs to windows, doors, and walls.
• Repair plumbing fixtures to prevent damage and restore use.
• Address electrical wiring issues and maintain HVAC systems.
• Apply preventative measures, such as sealing flat roofs.
• Paint interior or exterior areas as needed.
• Provide groundskeeping for lawns and outdoor areas.
• Interact pleasantly with staff and residents.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure high standards.
