Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform general machinery repairs.
• Experience safely operating power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic carpentry skills: framing, drywall, wood repair, molding installation.
• Knowledge of piping and welding principles.
• Ability to read and diagnose open fuses; understand single-/three-phase systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair building, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on facility equipment.
• Complete general building repairs including painting, drywall, tile work, carpentry.
• Service HVAC equipment, ventilation, dish machines, filters, and related components.
• Replace light bulbs, batteries, fuses, and other components.
• Diagnose and repair machinery malfunctions.
• Safely operate power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Support facility improvement projects and other duties as assigned.
