Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repair for multiple building trades.
• Ability to use various hand/power tools.
• Work outside in hot and cold weather.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of jobs and time tickets.
• Receive requests for work and submit work orders for resolution and progress.
