Walmart is seeking a General Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our local and regional team in Naugatuck, CT. You will perform routine maintenance on Walmart facilities and equipment, following established schedules and guidelines to ensure safety, functionality, and a clean, inviting store environment.

You will work under the supervision of the General Maintenance Manager, using multiple crafts such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair commercial food equipment.
• Develop and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
• Train store associates on equipment care and cleaning.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance logs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills.
• Use the work order system to receive and document repairs.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training for tools and equipment.
