Modern Machining Solutions Inc. in Smyrna, Tennessee is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support a modern manufacturing facility across multiple shifts.

You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment including HVAC, compressors, pumps and chillers, while documenting work orders in our CMMS system. The role requires experience in industrial maintenance, the ability to read schematics, and flexibility with shifts.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, air compressors, pumps, piping, chillers, wastewater, and electrical equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS.
• Adhere to safety procedures and support a team oriented environment.
