Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member in Kentucky to maintain clean, welcoming travel centers. You will clean showers, restrooms, towels, and perform basic store maintenance while delivering strong guest service to drivers, commuters, and travelers.

The role requires physical work, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and an adaptable schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior similar experience and knowledge of equipment are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
