Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience
• Hold appropriate license/certification for work in city/state
• Possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service or repairs in areas such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, machine servicing, or vehicle servicing.
• Complete tasks like changing light bulbs, installing dispensers, changing filters and locks, and other minor maintenance duties.
• Arrive on time for shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned based on account needs and client requirements.
