Job summary

D/T Carson Enterprises, Inc. in Riverside, CA is seeking a Maintenance Worker to maintain and repair the interior and exterior of a 15‑acre facility under the supervision of the Facilities Supervisor.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, plus some landscaping. Must have 1–2 years in repair fields and basic system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in any repair field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, makes repairs, and completes preventive maintenance for facilities equipment.
• Able to follow manuals and schematics to solve technical issues.
• Performs maintenance and minor repairs to electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Cares for routine landscaping and keeps records of maintenance work.
