Job summary

Responsibilities include opening/closing locations, supervising outside vendors, on-call coverage, and ensuring building systems run smoothly while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years maintenance experience, with direct experience and knowledge of repairs in residential and commercial sites.
• Driver's License and Vehicle Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist, perform, or arrange maintenance functions across PATH facilities, including repairs and coordinating with outside contractors and team members.
• Open and/or close locations per procedures and security protocols.
• Complete site checklists to ensure safe operation of mechanical systems and environments.
