Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation seeks a qualified Facilities Maintenance Technician to service our retail locations across New England. You will handle maintenance tasks ranging from minor carpentry to electrical, HVAC and plumbing, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

A company work truck is provided for on-site calls. Requirements include a high school diploma (trade certification a plus) and 3+ years in related trades or facility management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Trade Certification is a plus.
• 3+ years in construction trades or facility management experience.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls as dispatched by Maintenance Manager.
• Perform general repair and maintenance in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls after business hours when needed.
