Job summary

Castelion is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operational integrity of our state-of-the-art facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot a wide range of equipment, including CNC machines, furnaces, vacuum systems, and environmental control systems.

The role requires hands-on repair experience, safety focus, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of facilities maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on repair experience—mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
Lift up to 35 lbs; stand for extended periods; work at heights as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair all critical equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
Perform weekly preventive maintenance on production and infrastructure equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues down to component level to minimize downtime.
Read and use maintenance manuals, schematics, and drawings.
Open, track, and resolve work orders through CMMS system.
