Job summary

Intersect Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to support production facility equipment, safety, and sanitation. You will perform floor care, inspections, and repairs with a focus on maintaining building systems and safe environments for staff.

The role requires capacity to check HVAC, electrical, plumbing basics, and coordinate with the EVS Manager for regulatory compliance and preventive maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a comparable position preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Implement inspections and repairs required by the preventative maintenance program and as requested by EVS Manager and facility staff.
• Check and clean exhaust ventilators, HVAC units, and filters and air handlers.
• Replace light bulbs, hang pictures, and move furniture as required.
• Perform touch up and redecorating tasks, such as patching and painting.
• Conduct regular environmental and maintenance rounds of the building, grounds, and systems.
