Job summary

The role supports the engineering team, participates in ongoing technical training, and requires EPA Universal CFC certification, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders up to 30

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working on ladders up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the engineering team with maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
  • Complete painting, pressure cleaning, minor plumbing repairs, locksmith work, and tenant service requests.
  • Perform interior maintenance including hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, and repairing office furniture.
  • Maintain lighting systems by replacing bulbs and ballasts throughout the property.
  • Conduct property inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues early.
  • Comply with all safety procedures while maintaining clean, organized work areas.
