The Facilities Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs the physical infrastructure of a building or facility, performing routine inspections and supporting various trades to ensure safe, efficient operation.
Responsibilities include basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and safety work, with some projects such as painting, drywall, carpentry, fixture installation and furniture moves.
