Job summary

Coreworks is hiring immediately for full time GENERAL LABOR/MAINTENANCE positions at Fellowship Village, 8000 Fellowship Road, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. Schedule is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with rotating weekends; days may vary. Prior general maintenance and plumbing experience required.

Qualifications

• Prior general maintenance experience required.
• Plumbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the building and campus.
• Performs repairs to doors, fixtures, and furniture.
• Records readings from meters and gauges to verify operating conditions.
• Maintains HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and replaces air filters as needed.
• Moves equipment and supplies as required for operations.
• Cleans and maintains floors and restrooms; ensures safety and cleanliness.
