Job summary

Bal Seal Engineering Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, CA, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds meet quality and safety standards. You will diagnose electrical or mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance to keep production and operations running smoothly.

The role requires at least 2 years of general facility maintenance experience, ability to read manuals, operate tools, and drive company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of general facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and read equipment manuals.
• Valid driver\'s license to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and minor electrical repairs on facility equipment.
• Maintain equipment records and PM work orders.
• Order spare parts and manage supplies to complete work promptly.
• Enhance the facility\'s preventative maintenance program through recommendations.
• Inspect and repair interior/exterior facility equipment and replace defective parts.
• Monitor safety conditions and report unsafe conditions; handle chemicals safely.
