Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs and maintenance, IT experience is a Plus
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
• Maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and fixtures throughout the facility
• Assist with snow removal and landscaping duties as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance‑related concerns
• Respond to emergency calls and address urgent maintenance needs in a timely and efficient manner
