Job summary

ICL Group in Fresno is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our plant clean, safe, and compliant. You perform daily janitorial tasks, assist with light maintenance, and support production needs while following safety and environmental standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in janitorial or maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Local candidates only; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year janitorial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, restrooms, offices, and production spaces.
• Handle waste disposal and proper segregation of chemical materials.
• Conduct minor repairs and assist with preventive maintenance tasks.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and ensure proper chemical labeling.
• Support packaging line operations during high production periods.
