Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year facilities engineering experience
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Electrical: measure voltage/current safely; read schematics; PLC programs; control circuits (photoeyes, solenoids, lights)
• Mechanical: align bearings/shafts, adjust belts/chains, lubrication; maintain devices and pneumatic circuits
• Computer: troubleshoot network, cabling, RS232/RS422 communications

Responsibilities

• Measure voltage/current and troubleshoot circuits accurately.
• Machine and electrical maintenance on facility equipment.
• Align bearings, adjust belts, and maintain drives.
• Develop maintenance schedules for devices.
• Analyze cards/chips and replace as needed.
• Troubleshoot network systems and cabling.
• Configure IBM-compatible computers and interfaces.
