Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech for 1st shift in Sterling, VA. The role covers exterior and interior upkeep, light repairs, and basic trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.

You will also support landscape and housekeeping duties and operate a company van for deliveries. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, a good driving record, and a willingness to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to use tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, measuring devices and power tools.
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift heavy material regularly.

To support the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met. **Scope:*** As part of the maintenance team, this role provides upkeep and repair tasks on the exterior and interior of the building including machine repair, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds keep, and light equipment repair and maintenance duties. **Work Schedule:****1st Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 7am-3:30pm** **Duties and Responsibilities:*** Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.* Perform maintenance and light repairs* Perform routine landscaping on the grounds* Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.), including drywall repair, and tile work.* Undertake light installation or carpeting (e.g. build cabinets)* Repair equipment or appliances* Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs* Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)* Identify and report the need for major repairs* Operate company van for pick up and deliveries* Other duties as assigned **Note:**The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel.
