The Cliffs Club Services, LLC in Arden, NC, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Tech to perform preventative and general maintenance, and repairs of all facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry and electrical systems.

You will read work requests and schematics, prepare reports, advise on renovations, handle work orders, observe OSHA safety standards, work with vendors and on-call for emergencies.

• Required to participate in an on-call program responding to emergency calls.

Perform preventative maintenance, general maintenance and repairs of all facilities. Including general maintenance, heating and cooling, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, electrical and other related maintenance projects.
