Job summary

Continental Plastic Corporation is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance and facility operations in a manufacturing setting. You will manage assets, budgets, and staff while driving reliability and efficiency initiatives under the Director - Operations.

The role requires leadership experience, strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, and proficiency with ERP systems and LEAN methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in industrial maintenance, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervision experience in manufacturing facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to obtain forklift and aerial licensure.
  • Proven experience with LEAN continuous improvement and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain facility assets, parts inventory, and maintenance budgets.
  • Plan and oversee maintenance projects, preventative programs, and reliability improvements.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, pneumatic, and other systems.
  • Coordinate outside vendors for supplies and services.
  • Provide training and management to maintenance staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
