Job summary

The Vincit Group seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across Chattanooga facilities and remote sites. You will oversee repairs, installations, and preventative programs, mentoring technicians and coordinating with contractors to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Required: 5–7 years of maintenance experience, 3 years in supervision; high school diploma or GED; welding, fabrication, electrical, boilers, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred: vocational training in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility and all equipment; manage spare parts inventory and subcontractor activities.
• Oversee safety and compliance programs; ensure operational safety and regulatory adherence.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance staff; promote ongoing training and development.
• Assist in budgeting and capital expenditure requests; track costs and ROI.
• Disassemble, repair, and install machinery and instrumentation; read plans and specs.
