Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in maintenance roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance technicians in safety and quality.
