Job summary

United CoolAir, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our York, PA production facility. The role leads the maintenance team to keep electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fabrication, IT, and related systems running smoothly, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

The position offers full-time hours, with potential for advancement within the organization. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional extra hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility.
• Maintain maintenance request logs and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate inspections by third-party facilities and ensure compliance.
• Hire, train, and mentor the maintenance team; conduct evaluations.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment and use PPE.
