Naples Airport Authority is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Naples, FL to lead a team responsible for buildings, grounds and facilities. The role oversees daily maintenance activities and projects while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Starting Salary: $79,834 annually. Requires seven years in facilities/maintenance with leadership experience and FAA/OSHA knowledge. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• Minimum seven years of facilities, building, construction or maintenance experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of facilities maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance and skilled trades.
• Experience coordinating maintenance operations, projects and contractors.
• Proficiency with computer applications and work order/asset management systems.
• Working knowledge of FAA and OSHA requirements; OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification required within 90 days.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with driving record meeting Authority standards.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the team responsible for maintaining the buildings, grounds and facilities that support Naples Airport. This hands-on leadership position oversees daily maintenance activities, preventive maintenance, projects and contractors while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Some of the position duties include:

• Supervises daily facilities maintenance operations and employees.
• Assigns and inspects work and coordinates schedules and priorities.
• Oversees preventive maintenance, work orders and asset management activities.
• Coordinates maintenance projects and contractor activities.
• Identifies maintenance and safety concerns and ensures appropriate corrective action.
• Trains, coaches and develops Facilities Maintenance employees.

REQUIREMENTS
