Slate is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Planner – CMMS to oversee planning, scheduling, and documentation of maintenance activities across facilities in the USA. You will manage work orders in the CMMS, coordinate labor and materials, and align schedules with operational needs while driving PM programs and continuous improvement.

The Facilities Maintenance Planner – CMMS is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and documenting facilities maintenance activities through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role supports preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset reliability, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facilities operations. This position reports to the Manager of Facilities Maintenance.
Primarily office‑based with regular interaction in facilities or plant environments. Occasional off‑hours support may be required to meet operational needs.
The compensation for this position is the range Slate reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job‑related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; work location; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Base Pay Range (Annual) 85,430.91 - 128,146.37 USD
The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
