Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in maintenance and operation of complex building system infrastructure.
• Experience in installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial building heating and cooling systems.
• Current State HVAC license (or equivalent) and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial response, triage, stabilization and repair for building infrastructure maintenance requests, focusing on HVAC systems.
• Inspect, adjust, repair boilers, heating and cooling systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Interpret mechanical plans and prints; monitor building systems managed by DDC technology.
