Job summary

Shifts include 1st, mid, and 2nd with weekend rotations; familiarity with CMMS and MS Office is preferred. The position emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable problem-solving in a dynamic university

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in relevant specialty or Florida license required or Associates in relevant field.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain building systems and equipment.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies, including hot/cold calls and odor issues.
• Direct and support technical staff and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
