Job summary

Pyramid Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our Buffalo center running smoothly. You will perform interior and exterior repairs, including drywall, painting, flooring, masonry, roofing and related touch-ups to protect the property's value and daily operations.

This hands-on role requires basic plumbing and HVAC preventative maintenance, a proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving skills. A HS diploma or GED is preferred, and no supervisory experience is required.

• Hands-on experience in general building maintenance or related trade.
• Basic plumbing and HVAC preventative maintenance skills.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep operations running by performing interior and exterior repairs (drywall, painting, flooring, masonry, roofing, touch-ups).
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems to prevent downtime.
• Provide friendly on-site assistance and communicate equipment health to supervisor.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
