Job summary

BOSCH Group in Roseville, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to support production by operating and repairing facilities equipment across HVAC, electrical, and related systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade school and 3+ years in ventilation, air conditioning, or electrical work, plus the ability to read technical docs and communicate effectively. This on-site role includes a 5% shift premium and a B-Shift schedule (Thu–Sun, 6AM–6PM) with flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent trade school required.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic electrical and mechanical fundamentals.
• Strong reading, understanding, and interpretation of technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance tasks in support of plant maintenance in areas assigned.
• Obtains and records system readings and equipment operating conditions.
• Maintains clean and safe working environment within the maintenance area.
• Provides support for other mechanics and equipment maintenance operations.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance tasks with detailed instructions under supervision.
