Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with Store Managers and leadership, and ensure safe, efficient facilities for associates and customers.

Travel ~50% of the time, manage vendors, monitor compliance, and drive reporting and analytics. Requires a Master Electrician license and EPA 608, with leadership experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 3 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of Walmart facilities in a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Manage vendors/contractors and ensure timely reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and schedule inspections per codes.

What you’ll do…

What you’ll do… At Walmart, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. In this role, you’ll lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers. Role Detail:

• Would require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.

• Works directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on their facility services needs

• Works directly with different vendors and contractors if needed

• Reporting and analytics

• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to uphold good standing with relevant authorities.

• Participate in training programs to ensure familiarity with the latest regulatory requirements, enabling successful scope of work performance, including but not limited to, conducting site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards.

• Obtain and secure all necessary permits and schedules inspections as mandated by pertinent mechanical or building codes, when applicable.Hard Skill Sets Needed:

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal

• Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience

  The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications…
