Job summary

ASRC Federal Cyber seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and support services at Fort Greely, Alaska, under the GFORCE contract. You will lead a team of maintenance, custodial, and skilled-trades personnel to ensure work orders are accurate, scheduled, and compliant with safety and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years in facilities, operations, or maintenance management.
• 2+ years in supervisory roles leading maintenance teams.
• Experience supporting operation/maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of facility operations, preventive/corrective maintenance, building mechanical systems, and safety compliance.
• Working knowledge of HVAC components: heating, air-handling, ventilation, controls.
• Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., AIMS).
• Preference for experience on government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities staff including maintenance, custodial, trades, and helpers.
• Ensure work orders are documented, scheduled, and compliant with standards.
• Coordinate with Production Control, MDA reps, contractors, and trades for mission success.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance per PWS requirements.
• Supervise facility mechanical systems incl. HVAC and building controls.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance with technicians.
