Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects under time constraints and changing priorities.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to safety requirements.
• Manage GMP compliance and educate on quality topics related to maintenance work.
• Lead and develop a maintenance team through feedback and coaching, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Prioritize and manage the annual budget; seek opportunities to reduce operating costs.
• Quote, onboard, and manage contractors; ensure long-term stable relationships and compliance.
• Define project scope, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
• Develop and supervise preventive maintenance plans; coordinate PM activities with internal and contractor labor.
• Train on operation, troubleshooting, and proper maintenance of equipment; maximize reliability of facilities.
