Dayrise Residential seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to support multiple communities within an assigned market, traveling regularly between properties to troubleshoot, mentor onsite teams, and uphold maintenance standards. You will ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of multifamily property management experience, with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills, EPA and CPO certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Facilities Maintenance Manager
As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will help properties succeed operationally by working in the field every day, solving problems, and supporting onsite teams. This role provides hands-on maintenance expertise, technical leadership, and operational support across multiple communities within an assigned market, with regular travel between properties. You will troubleshoot complex maintenance issues, mentor onsite maintenance professionals, promote consistency in maintenance standards, and help ensure properties remain safe, compliant, and operating at their highest potential.
Travel Required
This role supports communities across Austin, San Antonio, and Houston, with regular travel required between properties. Additional travel to other states may be required based on business needs.
Reports to: Director of Facilities
