Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for our Independent Living community in Richardson, Texas. This hands-on leadership role oversees repairs, preventive maintenance, and building systems to support a safe, comfortable resident experience.

You will manage work orders, budgets, and vendor coordination while collaborating with the leadership team to ensure compliance and high-quality service for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
