As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, your role will include:

1. Direct heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations.
2. Evaluate current and future projects, examine facility needs, and assess equipment requirements.
3. Identify equipment to increase efficiency, direct temperature adjustments, analyze systems and load requirements for energy reduction, and ensure proper functioning of facility systems.
4. Develop standard operating procedures, establish maintenance inspections, and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000
• Compensation packages are based on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
• Eligible for bonus incentives.
